Article 9 Internal market

1.

Where the requirements of this Regulation are complied with, F1the Secretary of State shall neither prohibit nor restrict the making available on the market of the tyres referred to in Article 2 on grounds of product information.

2.

Unless F2the Secretary of State has evidence to the contrary, F3the Secretary of State shall consider that labels and product information comply with this Regulation. F4The Secretary of State may require suppliers to provide technical documentation, in accordance with Article 4(4), in order to assess the accuracy of the declared values and classes.
