In accordance with Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 1379/2013, a fisheries administration must carry out checks at regular intervals to ensure that:\n(a) producer organisations comply with the terms and conditions for recognition;\n(b) recognition of a producer organisation may be withdrawn if the conditions set out in Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 1379/2013 are no longer fulfilled or if recognition is based on wrong information;\n(c) recognition is immediately withdrawn retroactively if the organisation obtains or benefits from recognition by fraudulent means.\n2. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n3. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
