  "text": "Without prejudice to Article 73(1) of this Regulation, a fisheries administration may deploy control observers on board fishing vessels ... for the monitoring of fisheries subject to the landing obligation set out in Article 15 of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013. Article 73(2) to (9) of this Regulation shall apply to those control observers.",
