Article 8 Marking of the fishing gear

1.

The master of a fishing vessel shall respect conditions and restrictions relating to the marking and identification of fishing vessels and their gear.

F12.

A fisheries administration may make regulations specifying detailed rules for the marking and identification of fishing vessels and their gear.
