Article 93 National register of infringements
United Kingdom
A fisheries administration must enter in a national register all infringements of Fisheries Rules committed by United Kingdom fishing vessels or by United Kingdom nationals, including the sanctions they incurred and the number of points assigned. A fisheries administration must also enter infringements by United Kingdom fishing vessels and United Kingdom nationals prosecuted in other countries.

The data contained in the national register of infringements shall be stored only for as long as necessary for the purpose of this Regulation, but always for a minimum of three calendar years, starting from the year following that in which the information is recorded.
