1.

The table in Article 1(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1911/2006 is hereby amended by adding the following:

The duty hereby imposed shall also be levied retroactively on imports of mixtures of urea and ammonium nitrate in aqueous or ammoniacal solution which have been registered pursuant to Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 241/2009.

The customs authorities are hereby directed to cease the registration of imports of mixtures of urea and ammonium nitrate in aqueous or ammoniacal solution originating in Russia produced and sold for export to the Union by Joint Stock Company Acron.

4.

Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.
