  "text": "With effect from 1 July 2009, for the purposes of application of Article 18(1) of Annex XIII to the Staff Regulations, the amount of the fixed allowance referred to in the former Article 4a of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations in force before 1 May 2004 shall be:\nEUR 129,36 per month for officials in Grade C4 or C5,\nEUR 198,33 per month for officials in Grade C1, C2 or C3.",
