# Commission Regulation (EC) No 191/2009 of 11 March 2009 setting the allocation coefficient for the issuing of import licences applied for from 2 to 6 March 2009 for sugar products under tariff quotas and preferential agreements, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Licences shall be issued within the quantitative limits set in the Annex to this Regulation in respect of import licence applications submitted from 2 to 6 March 2009, in accordance with Article 4(2) of Regulation (EC) No 950/2006 and/or Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 508/2007.
