# Commission Regulation (EC) No 272/2009 of 2 April 2009 supplementing the ... basic standards on civil aviation security laid down in the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Part B1: Liquids, aerosols and gels

Liquids, aerosols and gels shall be permitted to be taken into security restricted areas provided they are screened or exempted from screening in accordance with the requirements of implementing rules prescribed by regulations made by the Secretary of State in accordance with Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008.
