For the 2nd individual invitation to tender for the buying-in of skimmed milk powder within the tendering procedure opened by Regulation (EC) No 310/2009, in respect of which the time limit for the submission of tenders expired on 5 May 2009, the maximum buying-in price shall be EUR 168,40/100 kg.
