  "text": "The amounts secured by way of provisional anti-dumping duties pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1129/2008 of 14 November 2008 on imports of certain pre- and post-stressing wires and wire strands of non-alloy steel (PSC wires and strands) originating in the People’s Republic of China shall be definitively collected. Amounts provisionally secured for goods not covered by Article 1(1) shall be released.",
