Regulations under Article 9(1) or Article 15(1) are to be made by statutory instrument

Such regulations may:

(a)

make different provision with respect to different cases or different descriptions of case;

(b)

include—

(i)

incidental, supplementary or consequential provision;

(ii)

transitional, transitory or saving provision.

A statutory instrument containing regulations under Article 9(1) or Article 15(1) is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution in either House of Parliament.
