  "text": "Without prejudice to Chapter III of Regulation (EC) No 1006/2008, fishing authorisations may be cancelled with a view to the issue of new fishing authorisations. Such cancellations shall take effect on the day preceding the date of issue of the fishing authorisations by the Commission. New fishing authorisations shall take effect from their date of issue.",
