  "text": "1. The number of Community vessels fishing for swordfish in areas south of 20° S of the WCPFC Area shall not exceed 14 vessels. Community participation shall be limited to vessels flying the flag of Spain.\n2. The total catch limit for swordfish in the area referred to in paragraph 1 shall be 3 107 tonnes.",
