  "text": "1. Member States shall take appropriate measures to reduce fishing mortality in fisheries targeting North Atlantic shortfin mako.\n2. Community vessels fishing shall promptly release alive and unharmed bigeye thresher sharks (Alopias superciliosus) caught in association with fisheries managed by ICCAT, when brought along side for taking on board the vessel.\nIncidental catches and live releases shall be recorded in the logbook.",
