  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nArticle 1(3) shall apply to export licences issued for the quota year 2010 and following.\nArticle 1(5) shall apply to export licences issued for the quota year starting on 1 July 2009.",
