# Commission Regulation (EC) No 437/2009 of 26 May 2009 opening and providing for the administration of a Community import tariff quota for young male bovine animals for fattening, Article 3

Regulation (EC) No 558/2007 is repealed. However, it shall continue to apply to duties arising from licences issued before 1 July 2009 up to the time they expire.
