1.

For 2009/2010 marketing year export licences for out-of-quota sugar for which applications were lodged from 18 May 2009 to 22 May 2009, shall be issued for the quantities applied for, multiplied by an acceptance percentage of 0 %.

2.

For 2009/2010 marketing year applications for out-of-quota sugar export licences submitted on 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 May 2009 are hereby rejected.

3.

For 2009/2010 marketing year the lodging of applications for out-of-quota sugar export licences shall be suspended for the period 1 June 2009 to 30 September 2009.
