# Regulation (EC) No 469/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 May 2009 concerning the supplementary protection certificate for medicinal products (Codified version) (Text with EEA relevance), Article 16: Revocation of an extension of the duration

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The extension of the duration may be revoked if it was granted contrary to the provisions of regulation 58A(3) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
2. Any person may submit an application for revocation of the extension of the duration to the comptroller or the court.
