Article 17 Notification of lapse or invalidity

1.

If the certificate lapses in accordance with point (b), (c) or (d) of Article 14 F1(1), or is invalid in accordance with Article 15, F2or if the territorial extent of the certificate is limited in accordance with Article 14(3), notification thereof shall be published by F3the comptroller.

2.

If the extension of the duration is revoked in accordance with Article 16, notification thereof shall be published by the comptroller.
