Article 1

For 2009 and by way of derogation from Article 27 of Regulation (EC) No 793/2006, the reduction and exclusion provided for in that Article shall not apply to aid applications for measures to support local production submitted by 31 March 2009 in the French overseas departments of Guadeloupe and Martinique.
