According to that function the TAC would amount to 435 000 tonnes.\n(4)\nIn accordance with point 7 of Annex IID to Regulation (EC) No 43/2009, the TAC for ICES zones IIa and IV shall not exceed 400 000 tonnes.\n(5)\nSandeel is a North Sea stock which is shared with Norway but which is currently not jointly managed. The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with consultations with Norway pursuant to the provisions of the Agreed Record of conclusions of fisheries consultations between the European Commission and Norway of 10 December 2008. In consequence, the Community share of that part of the TAC that can be caught in EC waters of ICES zones IIa and IV should be fixed at 90 % of 400 000 tonnes.\n(6)\nThe Scientific Technical and Economic Committee for Fisheries recommends that the TAC should be increased by 4,23 % to cover EC waters of ICES zone IIIa.\n(7)\nAnnex IA to Regulation (EC) No 43/2009 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
