  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 748/2008 is amended as follows:\n1.. in Article 1(1), the second subparagraph is deleted;\n2.. Article 1(3) is amended as follows:\n(a) in point (a) the following subparagraph is added:\n‘This quota carries order number 09.4460.’\n(b) in point (b) the following subparagraph is added:\n‘This quota carries order number 09.4020.’;\n3.. Annexes IV, V and VI are replaced by the text in Annex I to this Regulation.",
