  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 214/2001 is amended as follows:\n1.. Article 8 is replaced by the following:\n‘Article 8 The intervention agency shall pay for the skimmed milk powder taken over between the 45th and the 65th day following the date of taking-over, provided that it is found to comply with the requirements laid down in Article 2.’;\n2.. Article 20(1) is replaced by the following:\n‘1. The intervention agency shall pay for the successful tenderer the price indicated in his tender as referred in Article 15(2)(c) between the 45th and the 65th day following the date on which the skimmed milk powder is taken over, provided that it is found to comply with Article 2(1), (2), (3), (5), (6) and (7) and Article 15(3)a).’.",
