1.

Delivery of potatoes shall take place either at the starch-producing undertakings themselves or at their delivery points.

2.

The determination of the weight of the potatoes and the starch content, in conformity with Articles 5 and 6, shall be carried out at the time of delivery and under the authority of an inspector approved by the Member State.
