  "text": "Directive 2007/46/EC is hereby amended as follows:\n1.. Part I of Annex IV shall be amended as follows:\n(a) the table shall be amended as follows:\n(i) points 40 and 41 shall be deleted;\n(ii) the following point shall be inserted:\nSubject\nRegulatory act reference\nOfficial Journal reference\nApplicability\nM1\nM2\nM3\nN1\nN2\nN3\nO1\nO2\nO3\nO4\n‘41a\nEmissions (Euro VI) heavy duty vehicles/access to information\nRegulation (EC) No 595/2009\nOJ L 188, 18.7.2009, p. 1\nX12\nX12\nX\nX12\nX12\nX’\n(iii) the following note shall be added:\n‘(12)\nFor vehicles with a reference mass exceeding 2 610 kg which are not type-approved (at the manufacturer’s request and provided their reference mass does not exceed 2 840 kg) under Regulation (EC) No 715/2007.’;\n(b) in the Appendix, the table shall be amended as follows:\n(i) points 40 and 41 shall be deleted;\n(ii) the following point shall be inserted:\nSubject\nRegulatory act reference\nOfficial Journal reference\nM1\n‘41a\nEmissions (Euro VI) heavy duty vehicles, with the exception of the whole set of requirements relating to on-board diagnostics (OBDs) and access to information/access to information\nRegulation (EC) No 595/2009\nOJ L 188, 18.7.2009, p. 1\nA’\n2.. in the Appendix to Annex VI, the table shall be amended as follows:\n(a) points 40 and 41 shall be deleted;\n(b) the following point shall be inserted:\nSubject\nRegulatory act reference\nAs amended by\nApplicable to versions\n‘41a\nEmissions (Euro VI) heavy duty vehicles/access to information\nRegulation (EC) No 595/2009’\n3..
