In Article 11(5) of Regulation (EC) No 1276/2008, point (a) is replaced by the following:

  1. (a)

    ‘the measures taken, including instructions to national departments, to apply the selection system on the basis of risk analysis, in the light of the criteria referred to in Annex II;’.
