Division 1 The common biosecurity management system shall include at least the following elements:

  1. (a)

    good animal hygiene practices;

  2. (b)

    a traceability system for all movements between the holdings comprising the compartment and for all inputs and outputs; the traceability system must be continuously documented and be available to the competent authority at all times;

  3. (c)

    a common plan of hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP plan);

  4. (d)

    the biosecurity plan(s) of the holdings comprising the compartment and an evaluation of their effectiveness in accordance with a defined level of risk.
