  "text": "This test shall apply to vehicles with a lower bumper height of less than 425 mm.\nFor vehicles with a lower bumper height which is equal to, or greater than, 425 mm and less than 500 mm, the manufacturer may choose to apply either this test or the test set out in Chapter III.\nFor vehicles with a lower bumper height of equal to, or greater than, 500 mm Chapter III shall apply.",
