  "text": "Vehicles of this category shall be fitted with an adequate windscreen defrosting and demisting device.\nVehicles of this category shall be fitted with adequate windscreen washing and wiping devices.\nOnly if the vehicle is fitted with couplings.\nNot exceeding 2,5 tonnes technically permissible maximum laden mass.\nOnly applicable to vehicles where the ‘Seating reference point (“R” point)’ of the lowest seat is not more than 700 mm above ground level.
