  "text": "1. The setting-up and internal functioning of an ERIC shall be governed:\n(a) by Community law, in particular the Continuing ERIC Regulation and the decisions under that Regulation setting up the ERIC and approving an amendment to the Statutes of the ERIC;\n(b) by the law of the State where the ERIC has its statutory seat in the case of matters not, or only partly, regulated by acts referred to in point (a);\n(c) by the Statutes and their implementing rules.\n2.
