By way of derogation from point 1, for additives of the functional groups ‘ preservatives ’ , ‘ antioxidants ’ , ‘ colourants ’ and ‘ flavouring compounds ’ , only the functional group in question needs to be indicated. In this case the information referred to in point 1 and 2 shall be disclosed by the person responsible for the labelling to the purchaser at his request.
