Without prejudice to point 1 and 2, former foodstuffs that need to be processed before they can be used as feed, shall be labelled as: ‘ former food, only to be used as feed material after … (designation of the adequate process in accordance with part B of the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 68/2013) ’ .
