  "text": "Licences shall be issued within the quantitative limits set in the Annex to this Regulation in respect of import licence applications submitted from 17 to 21 August 2009, in accordance with Article 4(2) of Regulation (EC) No 950/2006 and/or Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 508/2007.",
