  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 24 November 2009 with the exception of Article 4(6) and Article 9(9) which shall apply from the day of entry into force and Article 9(2) to (8) which shall apply from the dates set therein.",
