# Regulation (EC) No 80/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 January 2009 on a Code of Conduct for computerised reservation systems and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 2299/89 (Text with EEA relevance), Article 17: Repeal

1. Regulation (EEC) No 2299/89 shall be repealed.
2. References to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as references to this Regulation and be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex II.
