Article 1(3) of Regulation (EC) No 682/2007 shall be deleted.

Article 1(4) of Regulation (EC) No 682/2007 shall be renumbered as Article 1(3).

Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 682/2007 shall be deleted.

4.

Articles 3 and 4 of Regulation (EC) No 682/2007 shall be renumbered as Articles 2 and 3 respectively.

5.

Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 682/2007 shall be deleted.
