# Commission Regulation (EC) No 933/2009 of 6 October 2009 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 779/98 as regards opening and providing for the administration of certain quotas for imports into the Community of poultrymeat products originating in Turkey, Article 3

Regulation (EC) No 1383/2007 is hereby repealed. However, it shall continue to apply to duties arising from licences issued before 1 January 2010 up to the time they expire.
