# Commission Regulation (EC) No 933/2009 of 6 October 2009 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 779/98 as regards opening and providing for the administration of certain quotas for imports into the Community of poultrymeat products originating in Turkey, Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2010.
