For the 3th individual invitation to tender for the buying-in of skimmed milk powder within the tendering procedure opened by Regulation (EC) No 733/2009, in respect of which the time limit for the submission of tenders expired on 6 October 2009, the maximum buying-in price shall be EUR 167,90/100 kg.
