# Commission Regulation (EC) No 948/2009 of 30 September 2009 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, Division 8: For the purposes of Chapters 50 to 60:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(a) Chapters 50 to 55 and 60 and, except where the context otherwise requires, Chapters 56 to 59 do not apply to goods made up within the meaning of note 7 above; and
(b) Chapters 50 to 55 and 60 do not apply to goods of Chapters 56 to 59.
