  "text": "The Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1418/2007 is amended as follows:\n1.. The entry for Hong Kong concerning the waste code B3010 is replaced by the following:\n‘\nHong Kong\n(a)\n(b)\n(c)\n(d)\nFrom B3010:\nethylene\nstyrene\npolypropylene\npolyethylene terephthalate\nacrylonitrile\nbutadiene\npolyamides\npolybutylene terephthalate\npolycarbonates\npolyphenylene sulphides\nacrylic polymers\npolyurethane (not containing CFCs)\npolysiloxanes\npolymethyl methacrylate\npolyvinyl alcohol\npolyvinyl butyral\npolyvinyl acetate\nCured waste resins or condensation products including the following:\nurea formaldehyde resins\nphenol formaldehyde resins\nmelamine formaldehyde resins\nepoxy resins\nalkyd resins\npolyamides\nFrom B3010:\npolyacetals\npolyethers\nalkanes C10-C13 (plasticiser)\nPerfluoroethylene/propylene (FEP)\nPerfluoro alkoxyl alkane\nTetrafluoroethylene/per fluoro vinyl ether (PFA)\nTetrafluoroethylene/per fluoro methylvinyl ether (MFA)\nPolyvinylfluoride (PVF)\nPolyvinylidenefluoride (PVDF)\n’\n2.. The entry for Indonesia is modified with regard to the following wastes:\n‘\nIndonesia\n(a)\n(b)\n(c)\n(d)\nB3010\nB3030\nB3035\nB3130\nSolid plastic wastes\nGH013 391530 Polymers of vinyl chloride\nex 3904 10-40\n’\n3.. After the entry for Moldova (Republic of Moldova), the following entry is inserted:\n‘\nMontenegro\n(a)\n(b)\n(c)\n(d)\nB3140\nGC010\nGC020\nall other waste listed in Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006\n’\n4.. After the entry for Morocco the following entry is inserted:\n‘\nNepal\n(a)\n(b)\n(c)\n(d)\nB3020\n’\n5.. After the entry for Russia (Russian Federation), the following entry is inserted:\n‘\nSerbia\n(a)\n(b)\n(c)\n(d)\nB1010-B3020\nFrom B3030:\nWorn clothing and other worn textile articles\nFrom B3030:\nall other waste\nB3035\nB3040\nB3050-B3070\nB3080\nB3090-B4030\nGB040\nGC010\nGC020\nGC030-GN030\n’\n6.. After the entry for Seychelles, the following entry is inserted:\n‘\nSingapore\n(a)\n(b)\n(c)\n(d)\nB1010\nB1020\nB1150\nB1200\nFrom B2040:\nSlag from copper production, chemically stabilised, having a high iron content (above 20 %) and processed according to industrial specifications (e.g. DIN 4301 and DIN 8201) mainly for construction and abrasive applications\nFrom B3010:\nSolid plastic waste provided that they are not mixed with other wastes and are prepared to a specification\nFrom B3020:\nThe following materials, provided they are not mixed with hazardous wastes:\nWaste and scrap of paper or paperboard of:\nunbleached paper or paperboard or of corrugated paper or paperboard\nother paper or paperboard, made mainly of bleached chemical pulp, not coloured in the mass\npaper or paperboard made mainly of mechanical pulp (for example, newspapers, journals and similar printed matter)\nother, including but not limited to laminated paperboard\n’\n7.. The entry for Ukraine is replaced by the following:\n‘\nUkraine\n(a)\n(b)\n(c)\n(d)\nB1010 except for:\nChromium scrap\nB1020-B1030\nB1040-B1090\nB1100 except for:\nSlags from copper processing for further processing or refining not containing arsenic, lead or cadmium to an extent that they exhibit Annex III hazard characteristics\nB1120-B1130\nB1150-B1240\nB2010-B2040\nB2060-B2120\nB3010 except for:\nTetrafluoroethylene/per fluoro vinyl ether (PFA)\nTetrafluoroethylene/per fluoro methylvinyl ether (MFA)\nB3020-B3030\nB3040-B3060\nB3070-B3130\nB3140\nB4010-B4030\n’",
