  "text": "The Operations Metadata parameter provides metadata about the operations implemented by the Transformation Service.\nIt shall describe each operation, including as a minimum a description of the data exchanged and the network address, and shall list the following:\nthe transformation categories accepted by the Transform operation,\nthe encoding for the input Spatial Data Set accepted by the Transform operation,\nthe Data Model languages accepted by the Transform operation,\nthe Model Mapping languages accepted by the Transform operation.",
