Regulation revoked (31.12.2020) by The Social Security Co-ordination (Revocation of Retained Direct EU Legislation and Related Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020/1508), regs. 1(3), 3(b) (with savings in Pt. 3 relating to the co-ordination of benefits in kind, reciprocal debt recovery etc., social security co-ordination with Gibraltar and also relating to the up-rating of state pension and the aggregation of relevant periods for the purpose of granting state pension); and revoked (S.)
