# Commission Regulation (EC) No 999/2009 of 22 October 2009 granting no export refund for skimmed milk powder in the framework of the standing invitation to tender provided for in Regulation (EC) No 619/2008, Article 1

For the standing invitation to tender opened by Regulation (EC) No 619/2008, for the tendering period ending on 20 October 2009, no export refund shall be granted for the product and destinations referred to in point (c) of Article 1 and in Article 2 respectively of that Regulation.
