  "text": "The Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1505/2006 is replaced by the following:\nANNEX\nReport on the results of checks made in the ovine and caprine sector regarding requirements for the identification and registration of those animals in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 21/2004\n1.\nGeneral information on holdings, animals and checks\nOr other national reference date for animal statistics.\nTotal number of holdings in the Member State at the beginning of the year of the reporting period\nTotal number of holdings checked during the year of the reporting period\nTotal number of animals registered in the Member State at the beginning of the year of the reporting period\nTotal number of animals checked in holdings during the reporting period\n2.\nFindings of non-compliance\nNumber of holdings with non-compliance\n3.\nPenalties imposed\nNumber of holdings with penalties imposed",
