# Commission Regulation (EU) No 1089/2010 of 23 November 2010 implementing Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards interoperability of spatial data sets and services, Article 14b: Interoperability arrangements and harmonisation requirements for invocable spatial data services

The invocable spatial data services relating to the data contained in at least one conformant spatial data set shall fulfil the interoperability requirements set out in Annexes V and VI and, where practicable, the harmonisation requirements set-out in Annex VII.
