# Commission Regulation (EU) No 1089/2010 of 23 November 2010 implementing Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards interoperability of spatial data sets and services, Article 8: Updates

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The appropriate authority shall make available updates of data on a regular basis.
2. All updates shall be made at the latest 6 months after the change was applied in the source data set, unless a different period is specified for a specific spatial data theme in the Annexes.
3. The updates of data shall be made available to all related spatial data services according to the deadline specified in paragraph 2.
