  "text": "The Commission (Eurostat) may, with the explicit approval of the appropriate national authority and for statistical purposes only, transmit to the national central banks and the European Central Bank the following characteristics, including confidentiality flags, concerning multinational enterprise groups and their constituent units provided that, in the case of data transmitted to a national central bank, at least one unit of the group is located in the territory of that Member State.\n1.
