The national safety authority shall assess whether the application for a safety certificate F1is in the format specified in Part 4 of Schedule 8 to the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006F2is in the format specified in Part 4 of Schedule 6 to the Railways (Safety Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006.
